Goods are purchased in accordance with any written purchased order of the Customer, which is accepted by WA Library Supplies. All goods are supplied in accordance with these WA Library Supplies Terms and Conditions, which shall govern to the exclusion of any other terms and agreements.
Risk of damage to or loss of goods shall pass to the buyer at the time of delivery. However, WA Library Supplies retains the legal right for all goods until they are paid for in full, at which time ownership (title) of the goods will pass to the Customer.
When placing an order, please identify by reference code and the size /pack/colour where applicable.
If we are unable to provide the complete order, you will be notified on the invoice and out of stock items will be placed on back order.
All goods and delivery fees are subject to a 10% Goods and Services Tax. Products are shown with a product code and two prices. First listed is the tax exempt price and the second price includes GST.
International, Cocos and Christmas Island customers are exempt from this tax.
Prices listed are those applying at the date of delivery and unless expressly indicated are prices ex our warehouse in Perth Western Australia.
Whilst we endeavour to maintain prices WA Library Supplies reserves the right to alter advertised prices without notice due to supplier increases. Errors and omissions are subject to alteration without notice
WA Library Supplies reserves the right to discontinue brands and/or replace catalogue items with new brands without notice due to economic factors and specification changes by suppliers/manufacturers.
There may be slight colour differences between the printed image of products on this site and the actual products.
Where credit is provided, payment is required within 30 days from date of invoice.
Please pass invoice for part deliveries immediately – the remaining items will be invoiced separately at the time of dispatch. In the event that orders are split you will only be invoiced for one delivery charge. WA Library Supplies reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue account at 2% per month. Cash sales are COD. Please pay on invoice.

We deliver to these locations — Perth, Broome, Karratha, Port Hedland, Carnavon, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Bunbury, Albany, Esperance, Halls Creek, Fitzroy Crossing, Mandurah and Busselton.
Unless specific instructions are received in writing delivery will be assumed and made by the most reliable method. Furniture and bulky items will be subject to a higher delivery and packaging charge in both Perth and country areas. We do not accept responsibility for shortages or damages once goods have left our premises.
Our standard delivery on stocked items, subject to availability is within 48 hours. However, any delivery dates quoted are approximate and WA Library Supplies cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery of goods
If you are unhappy with any item purchased for whatever reason it can be exchanged or returned within 30 minutes for a full refund. To ensure your replacement or refund is processed without delay always obtain authorisation by ringing or emailing before returning items. Products must be returned undamaged with the complete and original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a full credit if any goods are received back without their original packaging or in a condition unfit for resale.
When goods are received back in good condition the customer’s account will be credited, less a restocking charge of 10%.
Please note that furniture, display products, made to order and non-stocked items can only be replaced if they are damaged, faulty or supplied incorrectly. Any damages must be notified within three days of receiving goods. Please take extra care to check the accuracy of your order for made-to-order goods.
Where goods are adapted to the buyers own specification we accept no liability for their fitness for the purpose as supplied. Made-to-Order goods are non-refundable in the event of Customer error. Such goods are only returnable with permission of WA Library Supplies when supplied either faulty or damaged.
Please note that cancellation of orders or changes to the specification for Made-to Order goods must be made within three days of placing the order.
Please note it is not possible to return certain non-stocked goods. However, where possible we will endeavour to accommodate your needs but reserve the right to apply a re-stocking charge plus the cost of delivery.
If goods are delivered damaged, where damage has not been caused by the delivery process, WA Library Supplies must be notified in writing within three days of receipt of the goods, otherwise claims cannot be considered. Shortages also should be notified within three days.
We seek to continually improve the quality of the goods offered for sale. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the information on this site is accurate, changes do occur and goods can be discontinued. In this event we will offer you as close an alternative as possible. We do reserve the right to change specifications or improve our goods.
