How can I place an order?
We are still open so you can place an order online through the website, or you can email us at [email protected] or phone through your order by calling (08) 9497 3197.
Do you still have stock?
Yes, we have plenty of your everyday items in stock and ready to despatch same day.
Orders for our furniture made here in Western Australia can still be placed and takes between 2 – 6 weeks to be made depending on the item.
How long will my delivery take?
Items that are in stock will be despatched on the same day.
Please note that freight companies have had a massive increase on demand so your order may take an extra day or two to arrive to you.
What if my library is shut to the public, can we still get our delivery?
Yes, we can make sure the courier knows that your library is shut to the public but is still able to accept deliveries. If you have specific instructions such as to ‘knock on the back door’ or a phone number to call on delivery, please email this to us and we can make sure the courier driver follows this information.
Can you deliver my item to a home address?
Yes, we can. When placing your order please specify the address you wish the order to be delivered to.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, you can still pick up orders from our warehouse at 39b Alex Wood Drive, Forrestdale, WA, between 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Please place your order, online, by phone or email, before pick up so we can have it packed and ready for you when you arrive.
Can you do shelving measure and quotes?
