This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and manage your personal information when you use our website https://walib.com.au/ (the “Site”).

We respect your privacy and gather names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses when voluntarily submitted by a customer so that we can contact you to fulfil an order, send a quote, request further information from you and provide invoices and payment information.

On occasion we will also use your contact information to provide product information, new products and special offers, invitations to workshops/product demonstrations, discontinued stock details and updates to the website.

If you do not wish to continue to receive information from us, you may opt out of any type of communication with WA Library Supplies, as an example by unsubscribing from an email list. You may also request for us to delete any of your personal information which you no longer wish us to hold. To do this you can phone, email or send a letter to us (contact details on the contact us page). We may need to confirm any requests provided prior to removing information if the information belongs to an organisation rather than an individual.

Credit Cards

ANZ eGate stores your credit card data in an encrypted Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.  will prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of customer data and safeguard any information provided.

Access and Correction

Under the APPs, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccuracies in your information.
